Precisely two years from the introduction of ’61 Nature 2011, Berlucchi is proud to release ‘61 Nature Rosé 2011, a zero-dosage Franciacorta with adecisive self-confident character, uncompromising qualities, and an ultra-glamourous look.
It was made from 100% Pinot Noir, with all the grapes grown in Berlucchi’s estate vineyards, Ragnoli, Quindicipiò, and Gaspa. Only the free-run juice was used, with a yield of 30 litres/100 kg of grapes; the lots of must were given three different fermentations, off the skins, on the skins, and brief skin contact; and the cuvée then matured for a full five years. The result is an exciting Franciacorta of nonpareil pureness.
Following its debut on the world stage at Vinitaly and two exclusive evenings in its honour, at Villa Arvedi (VR) on Sunday 15 April and at a Gala Dinner at Palazzo Lana Berlucchi with Cristina Bowerman on 16 April, ’61 Nature Rosé 2011 is now ready to win over international and Italian wine-lovers. Cheers!
