Metodo Classico (traditional method)
The cuvées represent the "Berlucchi style", the result of a skilful blend of wines harvested in Italy's best sparkling-wine areas: Franciacorta, Oltrepò Pavese, and Trentino-Alto Adige.
The Franciacorta white wines
Four still white wines complement Berlucchi's sparkling wines: Two Terre di Franciacorta DOC Curtefranca, the Bianco Imperiale, and our Gavi DOCG La Bollina.
The classic method
The world's top sparkling wines are produced by the classic method, the famous Champagne method: wines of several grape varieties, grown in different areas, and often of different vintages, are assembled together, then fermented a second time in the bottle adding special yeasts and sugar.

Winery visit
Discover the Berlucchi Style

Direct proof always convinces: this is the reason why visitors and wine lovers are always welcome in the medieval court of Borgonato di Cortefranca to visit the historical Guido Berlucchi cellars during the whole year, escorted by a professional guide.
The cellars are open from Monday through Friday, from 9.30- 11.00 and from 14.30 to 17.00.
Advanced reservation
by phone (030/984381) or via mail (info@berlucchi.it) is required.

The winery is situated in Piazza Duranti 4 - 25040 Fraz. Borgonato di Corte Franca, Brescia.

Arriving from the motorway “A4 Milano-Venezia” (either from Milan or Brescia) leave the motorway at the “Rovato” exit. After the tollhouse, turn left and at the next roundabout, turn right following the road sign for “Lago Iseo” and “Cortefranca”. When you’ve reached the big disco “Number One” after 500m turn right following the road sign “Borgonato” and “Berlucchi”. At the end of a narrow road you’ll find the Guido Berlucchi headquarter (in front of the church).

Let’s celebrate the Summer with the week-end openings!

The cellars will be opened for visits on Saturday 29nd August 2009, with two guided tours, one at 10:30 and another at 15:00. Minimum 7 days advanced booking is required.
