Metodo Classico (traditional method)
The cuvées represent the "Berlucchi style", the result of a skilful blend of wines harvested in Italy's best sparkling-wine areas: Franciacorta, Oltrepò Pavese, and Trentino-Alto Adige. |

The Franciacorta white wines
Four still white wines complement Berlucchi's sparkling wines:
Two Terre di Franciacorta DOC Curtefranca, the Bianco Imperiale, and our Gavi DOCG La Bollina.

The classic method
The world's top sparkling wines are produced by the classic method, the famous Champagne method: wines of several grape varieties, grown in different areas, and often of different vintages, are assembled together, then fermented a second time in the bottle adding special yeasts and sugar.

| The theme of the campaign establishes a link and suggests the pairing of Berlucchi sparkling wines with fine cooking and premium-quality products.
We want to promote the pleasure of accompanying a fine meal or a supper among friends with a bottle of premium sparkling wine, a custom now established and widespread in countries such as France, England, Germany, and the United States.
Fourteen themes have been developed, marking the various steps of the seasons, and taking full advantage of the classic foodstuffs of Italy. They are presented in such a manner as to communicate feeling and appetite appeal, that special attraction that foods have when fresh and natural, that literally makes one’s mouth water.
The advertisements, full page and in colour, appear in succession in the top newsmagazines and monthlies that target readers with interest and pleasure in natural foods and in the art of matching them with ultra-premium wines.
