| The proportions may vary slightly each year; on average they are: 20% chardonnay from Franciacorta, 40% chardonnay from the Trentino, 10% pinot blanc from the Alto Adige, and 30% pinot noir from the Oltrepò Pavese. White grapes predominate in the cuvée. |
