| The proportion of grapes in each year’s cuvée may vary slightly from year to year. On average they are: 30% chardonnay from Franciacorta, 30% chardonnay from the Trentino, 30% pinot noir from the Oltrepò Pavese, and 10% pinot blanc from the Alto Adige. White grapes will predominate. |
