	Metodo Classico (traditional method) The cuvées represent the "Berlucchi style", the result of a skilful blend of wines harvested in Italy's best sparkling-wine areas: Franciacorta, Oltrepò Pavese, and Trentino-Alto Adige.



	The Franciacorta white wines Four still white wines complement Berlucchi's sparkling wines: Two Terre di Franciacorta DOC Curtefranca, the Bianco Imperiale, and our Gavi DOCG La Bollina.



	The classic method The world's top sparkling wines are produced by the classic method, the famous Champagne method: wines of several grape varieties, grown in different areas, and often of different vintages, are assembled together, then fermented a second time in the bottle adding special yeasts and sugar.

And in order to share that with those interested in tasting and food pairing we designed the Berlucchi Wine Educator. Over the course of a couple of hours of enjoyable conversation in a restaurant, a wine bar, or similar spot, the Berlucchi Wine Educatorreveals all the secrets of the production, quality, and tasting of Berlucchi sparkling wines, accompanied by a variety of premium-quality, totally natural Italian food products. All this adds up to a fascinating, absolutely innovative experience, injecting an element of fun into a seminar on wine. Participants will deepen their knowledge of sparkling wine and its culture, not least because an in-depth ‘Tasting Guide” booklet accompanies every session.
