The Associazione Italiana Ambasciatori del Gusto (Italian Association of Ambassadors of Fine Taste), of which Guido Berlucchi is a partner, has been awarded the Orio Vergani Prize, named for the founder of the Accademia Italiana della Cucina and pioneer in photoreportage in Italy.

The award was announced at a press conference in Rome, at Ristorante Romeo Chef&Baker on 12 April, where Berlucchi Franciacortas were the official toast.
The Orio Vergani Prize brings with it 10,000 euros, which the Associazione degli Ambasciatori del Gusto will use to launch a competition to support startups in the restaurant sector.
