{"id":13069,"date":"2018-05-24T08:05:10","date_gmt":"2018-05-24T06:05:10","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.berlucchi.it\/nature-veggie\/"},"modified":"2018-05-24T08:05:10","modified_gmt":"2018-05-24T06:05:10","slug":"nature-veggie","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.berlucchi.it\/en\/nature-veggie\/","title":{"rendered":"NATURE &#038; VEGGIE"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>On <strong>Saturday, 2 June, at 6.00pm,<\/strong> <strong>Guido Berlucchi <\/strong>will mark the kickoff weekend of the 2018 Franciacorta Summer Festival, by <strong>launching a special \u201cWelcome Summer!\u201d gala evening together with the<\/strong> <strong>guiding spirit of Milan\u2019s Joia restaurant,<\/strong> <strong>Chef Pietro Leemann, <\/strong>a pioneer of \u201cgreen cooking\u201d and world-recognized leader of natural cooking, which he has propelled onto the international stage.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>The evening will start off with a <strong>guided tour of the Historical Winecellars and of Palazzo Lana, at the winery in Borgonato, followed by a tasting of three different finger foods created by Chef Leemann, paired with three different vintages of Berlucchi \u201961 Franciacorta Nature Millesimato<\/strong>, the most authentic and uncompromising expression of its growing area, thanks to its production without the liqueur d\u2019expedition.<\/p>\n<p><strong>This evening will be nothing less than the presentation of a shared vision of respect for nature and for a unique winegrowing area, and the celebration of one date\u20141961\u2014and two auspicious stories<\/strong>. That year, in fact, marked the birth of Cantine Berlucchi, thanks to the pioneering farsightedness of Guido Berlucchi and of Franco Ziliani, and of this Franciacorta growing area; it marked as well as the birth of the Swiss-born Leemann, who has transformed the world of \u201ccooking green.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Tickets for the evening are \u20ac 50,00 per person, Since they are limited in number, reservations are required;
