{"id":13090,"date":"2019-04-04T15:26:10","date_gmt":"2019-04-04T13:26:10","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.berlucchi.it\/53th-vinitaly-berlucchi-unveils-its-new-61-natures\/"},"modified":"2019-04-04T15:26:10","modified_gmt":"2019-04-04T13:26:10","slug":"53th-vinitaly-berlucchi-unveils-its-new-61-natures","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.berlucchi.it\/en\/53th-vinitaly-berlucchi-unveils-its-new-61-natures\/","title":{"rendered":"53th VINITALY: BERLUCCHI unveils its new \u201961 Natures"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>The prestige of the <strong>Family of Berlucchi \u201961 Nature Franciacortas<\/strong>\u2014 Guido Berlucchi\u2019s \u201cpurist\u201d line of vintage-dated (<em>Millesimati<\/em>), zero-dosage Franciacortas grown in its most exceptional estate vineyards\u2014has gained in stature through the addition of a much-awaited new wine: <strong>Berlucchi \u201961 Nature Blanc de Blancs 2012 (100% Chardonnay)<\/strong>.<br \/>\n<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>It will have its official debut at this year\u2019s Vinitaly, accompanying its already-stablished siblings in the family group: <strong>\u201961 Nature 2012\u00a0<\/strong>(70% Chardonnay and 30% Pinot Noir, launched in 2016) and\u00a0<strong>\u201961 Nature Ros\u00e9 2012<\/strong>\u00a0(100% Pinot Noir), which emerged in 2018 to a clamorous reception.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Berlucchi \u201961 Nature Blanc de Blancs 2012<\/strong>\u00a0represents to most uncompromising expression of <strong>Chardonnay grown in the Franciacorta growing area<\/strong>, since the grapes are grown exclusively in the <strong>heart of a single vineyard<\/strong>. The grapes there display extraordinary roundedness and balance, thanks to the vineyard\u2019s distinctive aspect, encapsulated in the vineyard\u2019s very name, <strong>Arzelle<\/strong>, which in the local dialect means \u201cburnt by the sun.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>These characteristics, combined with meticulous care in the vineyard and winecellar, yield a wine remarkable for its <strong>structure, crisp flavours, and finesse, all beautifully supported by a judicious acidity and a long-lingering, supple bead of pin-point bubbles.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>To fittingly celebrate the arrival of its latest-born, Berlucchi will gather together loyal friends and customers on <strong>Sunday 7 April<\/strong> in the exclusive venue of <strong>Villa Arvedi<\/strong> for a festive evening of toasting and sipping for this important milestone, while on <strong>Monday 8 April<\/strong>, in order to strengthen ties with the finest interpretations of Italy\u2019s noble cuisine, the 2012 vintage of the entire \u201961 Nature line will be partnered with the complex, refined vegetarian dishes of<strong> maestro Pietro Leemann<\/strong>,\u00a0<strong>Michelin-starred chef of Joia di Milano, this time
