One such place is Borgonato di Corte Franca, a small village in the heart of Franciacorta. It was here that Guido Berlucchi and Franco Ziliani created the first bottle of Franciacorta.

It was 1961, and from that moment on, the destiny of an entire appellation began to take shape.

But the streets and historic buildings of this village hold other stories too, including that of Chef Stefano Cerveni and Ristorante Le Due Colombe Al Borgo Antico*, the only Michelin-starred chef in the area.
Just a few metres separate these two iconic places.

The experience begins with a guided tour of the historic cellars and Palazzo Lana, followed by an exclusive tasting led by our sommeliers, featuring Berlucchi Franciacorta Riserva Franco Ziliani 2011.

The experience continues at Ristorante Le Due Colombe, located approximately 300 metres away and easily reached on foot. Here, you will enjoy a menu specially created to showcase the chef’s finest creations, paired with a selection of Berlucchi Franciacorta.
