Today we meet Elisa and Federico Beretta, respectively Sommelier and Chef of the Feel Como Restaurant.
Located in the heart of Como, the restaurant aims to represent the essence of the area and showcase its varied products, welcoming visitors to the small medieval jewel that is Feel Como.
The dish proposed by the chef is grilled pumpkin with sorrel, eel and Italian caviar.
Sommelier Elisa’s pairing can only be Berlucchi Cuvée JRE N°5 Cuvée des Jeunes: the limited-edition ‘tailor-made’ cuvée created and chosen by the JRE association themselves. Pure Chardonnay for absolute 2009 vintage elegance, and Extra Brut dosage to enhance its smoothness without masking the essence and soul of the Franciacorta terroir.
