CUVÉE J.R.E. N°7

The “tailor-made” Cuvée is a Franciacorta Riserva crafted from a refined blend of Chardonnay (77%) and Pinot Noir (23%) from the 2019 harvest, sourced from the estate-owned vineyards in Borgonato di Corte Franca. The base wines were aged both in steel and in barrique to impart complexity and structure.

After resting for over 150 months on the lees, a moderate amount of dosage syrup (extra brut) was added at dégorgement, enhancing the wine’s authentic and vibrant personality.

“Cuvée J.R.E. N°7 represents the ultimate expression of the skill of those who make wine and those who present it,” says Filippo Saporito, president of J.R.E. – “This is not just a partnership, but a true project that today reaches its sixth chapter.”
