A unique occasion: the celebration of the new Millennium. Berlucchi’s experience in creating the cuvée meets the art of one of the greatest contemporary sculptors: Arnaldo Pomodoro. These are the ingredients of Berlucchi 2000, a numbered edition reserved for a small number of devoted connoisseurs, produced in the prestigious version with a golden label “forged” of metal and in the exclusive version with the original work and the artist’s bronze decoration.


Berlucchi created this cuvée by assembling various small but exceptional batches. The scents of Franciacorta (ripe fruit and peach blossoms) are combined with the more intense Chardonnay aromas of apple, ripe peach and almond. All this is rounded off by Pinot Noir’s light hints of forest fruits. The notes of toasted bread derive from the long ageing sur lie. Full, broad, and rich in nuances, the taste is completed by a slight dosage.
